This will have you raving about French cinema. An absolutely beautiful film from Céline Sciamme (who went on to make the sumptuous Portrait of a Lady on Fire).
Struggling to come to terms with the death of her grandmother, eight-year-old Nelly (Joséphine Sanz) wanders through the woods and comes across Marion, played by Josephine’s real-life twin, Gabrielle Sanz. Connections are made and similarities abound. This beautiful, hopeful film will gladden your soul, as you wipe away tears.
Tickets £5.00, under 18s only £1 on the door and from Nairn Community & Arts Centre 01667 453476, and online at www.nairncc.co.uk
